    It’s not a surprise that Hilton is a finalist in the Technology & Trends category for the 2016 Loyalty360 Awards. The company prides itself on its ongoing technological innovation and its impact on customer experience and customer loyalty.

    Hilton aims to provide a consistent, simplified experience at its properties, building brand advocates by putting loyalty program members in control.

    Aaron Glick, VP of Hilton HHonors, told Loyalty360 that technology, experience, engagement, and analytics are key for a successful and personalized customer experience program. Priding itself on constantly reimagining its guests’ experience, it follows suit that technology is an important pillar for Hilton’s program.

    Glick believes Hilton has a very strong nomination for this category at the Loyalty360 Awards.

    The 3rd Annual Loyalty360 Awards will be held at the 9th Annual Loyalty Expo, presented by Loyalty360 – The Association for Customer Loyalty. Loyalty Expo is slated for May 24-26, 2016, at the DoubleTree Universal in Orlando, Florida.
